There's no one who works harder than Suzanne, no one I'd rather have in my home. She is that rare person who understands almost immediately what your needs are and with grace and patience, she helps you get where you want to go. I trust her to do what's best for me and my husband. She's warm, bright, diligent, and respectful, a part of our caring family without the complications of a blood relation. She's also careful to never intrude on your space, to always confirm through consultation that she's doing what you want her to do. I recommend her without reservation.

Suzanne is a remarkably kind and caring person with a very strong work ethic and a good sense of professionalism. I was first introduced to Suzanne by the Realtor I hired when assisting my elderly uncle in selling his condo. Suzanne is extremely organized and resourceful. She immediately made herself available to declutter the condo and then helped to empty it completely a few months later when it sold. Suzanne even cleared my uncle’s room at a local care facility (and properly dealt with health equipment, etc) after he passed away, and did so with sensitivity and grace. Suzanne works efficiently and effectively and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I really appreciated that she took charge and was able to work independently, that she kept in touch with frequent updates, and always responded to my calls and messages promptly, as I do not live in Victoria.
